Maly, Blanca, Belle, Corona & Maggie
Grandma Belle - Our first born and the love of our lives!
This adorable little Pomeranian came our way via rescue...and we kept her! She has taken over the house and is definitely the "Alpha dog". But she has turned out to be so attached to me (Pam) that we just couldn't let her go anywhere else!
When she arrived, she was a matted mess, so we had to shaver her down in a "Lion
Cut".
She did not like that at all! But she looks adorable in her new do.
And later, with her coat growing in.
She has several names: "Cinder" is my latest, and BB Dog (Short for Black
Beauty) and Peanut. Hopefully before much more time goes on, we'll
make up our minds on a permanent name! She is the office dog,
sitting on the counter above the computer while I work. This has displaced
Shadow, our office cat, and put her nose out of joint, but we got Shadow a new
bed, so she is content to play second fiddle...like I said, this one is
definitely the Alpha Dog!
BUSHKA!
My little Velcro dog, follows me back and forth to the office daily along with
Cinder and the two of them now are my meet and greet committee, and for fun, I
dress them up.
NEWEST ADDITION:
2006 found us needing and wanting a dog
to be playmate to our grandchildren,
Max and
"Winnie" So, Sherry picked out "Captain" for
us.
He is a Tiny Tot Shih Tzu (aka Chinese Imperial Dog) . Like all Shih Tzu,
he is full of life with a tail that always wags. He chases Winnie around
the yard then she chases him. And, he has no fear, so Max crawling
around does not bother him a bit. We have defnitely been won over to the
Shih Tzu way of life. And are having fun experimenting with
different do's for Captain, shown here in a Cocker Spaniel cut with a Shih Tzu
top knot. What a doll!
