You agree to have this pet examined by a vet of your choice within 72
hours for a well check and will maintain regular vet care as prescribed by your
vet. Bichons Only! and BB's
Canine Social Club are not responsible for the expense of this puppy exam.

Should this pet be under 6 months old, and un-neutered, you agree to have
this pet neutered/spayed at 6 months of age, or sooner, if your vet agrees it is
safe to do so.

You understand that a Bichon is a grooming type pet, and that regular
grooming is essential to his health. To
neglect regular grooming will cause health problems for the pet, for his coat,
his ears, and can lead to allergies, skin problems, and disease.
* Bichon Frise
are very social animals, and should never be aggressive. If
this pet shows any sign of aggressive behavior, or bites anyone, you will notify
us IMMEDIATELY!
* Should you find you are unable to care for this
pet, you will return him to us. Under no circumstances will this pet
be taken to an animal shelter.
* We will warrant this puppy against contagious disease for 3 days, and for congenital defects for one year. We are on our 4th generation of Bichon Frise. We want to keep a healthy line, and need your help in doing so. Please notify us if any health conditions ever occurs on this pet.
